BULLETIN BOARD, ELECTRONIC MEDIA AND MAILBOX USE. There will be a designated Association bulletin board used only to post Association business. The Association may make reasonable use of the College mailboxes, electronic mail systems and facsimile machines solely for the purpose of communicating with its members. Such use shall not unreasonably interfere with, impede or delay the ability of the College to use such facilities.

BULLETIN BOARD, ELECTRONIC MEDIA AND MAILBOX USE. The Association shall be permitted reasonable use of the College’s bulletin board in the staff lounge, Employee mailboxes, and the use of electronic media such as e-mail, fax, etc., as is available, for communicating with members of the bargaining unit. The Association shall reimburse the College at the same cost as the College incurs for such use.

  • Electronic Media 10.5.1 Where this Agreement or referenced provisions in the Contract Documents require the Project Consultant to provide information or documents in either electronic or magnetic media, the preparation and format of that media shall conform to the Owner's Electronic Media Submittal Requirements (Attachment 3 to this Agreement).

  • Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations.   • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.

  • Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.

  • Bulletin Boards and Newsstands The Employer will maintain bulletin board(s) or space on existing bulletin boards currently provided to the Union for union communication. In bargaining units where no bulletin board or space on existing bulletin boards has been provided, the Employer will supply the Union with a board or space. Material posted on the bulletin board will be appropriate to the workplace, politically non-partisan, in compliance with state ethics laws and identified as union literature. If requested, the Employer will identify area(s) where Union provided newsstand(s) can be located. Union provided newsstand(s) must meet the Employer’s campus standards. Union communications will not be posted or otherwise disseminated in any other location on the campus, except as provided in the Employer policy and in Section 40.7 below.

  • ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of seniority lists and Union notices one (1) bulletin board in such place so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union.

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Electronic Monitoring All observations shall be conducted openly. Mechanical or electronic devices shall not be used to listen to or record the procedures of any class without the prior knowledge and consent of the teacher.
