Alternate Evaluator. A non-probationary employee may request to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources an alternative evaluator. Such request will be made in writing by October 15 and the Association will be notified. Alternative solutions will be discussed with those involved, including the Association President. If the employee maintains their request, an alternative evaluator will be assigned.
