ALTERNATE HOURS AND DAYS OF OPERATION. A. Licensee may request authorization to extend the Core Business Hours set forth in Paragraph 5. All requests to extend hours of operation must be made in writing to the Area Superintendent at the address set forth in Paragraph 45 ten (10) calendar days in advance of the proposed effective date. Licensee shall not implement the alternate hours of operation without written authorization from the Area Superintendent.
