Common use of ALTERNATE HOURS AND DAYS OF OPERATION Clause in Contracts

ALTERNATE HOURS AND DAYS OF OPERATION. A. Concessionaire may request authorization to extend the hours of operation, by opening before 8:00 a.m. and/or closing after 3:00 p.m. All requests to extend hours of operation must be made in writing to the Marina Superintendent at the address set forth in Paragraph 49 ten (10) calendar days in advance of the proposed effective date. Concessionaire shall not implement the alternate hours of operation without written authorization from the Marina Superintendent.
