Common use of Alternate Negotiations Procedure Clause in Contracts

Alternate Negotiations Procedure. ‌ The parties will meet no later than March 1, 2016 prior to the expiration of the Agreement to discuss whether an alternate negotiations procedure (e.g. interest based bargaining) will be used instead of the traditional procedure. Should the parties agree to alternate procedure for the contract negotiations ending June 30, 2016 only, the negotiations will be conducted during the normal workday (i.e. 8:00 am-5:00 pm). All other ground rules (location, days, etc.) will be established jointly by the parties.
