Videotapes. Videotapes of IDL courses are the property of the originating site district. If the originating site teacher requests it within five (5) days of the presentation, he/she shall receive a copy of his/her presentation at no cost.

Videotapes. Dynamic shall have the right to videotape KI's personal appearances on behalf of Dynamic under this Agreement and to use the approved videotape or portions thereof only for non commercial, trade consumer public relations purposes, and for no other purposes. Prior to the use of such videotape, KI, Inc. shall have the absolute right to approve the videotape.

It is understood by the parties that such sum shall include all expenses required to provide Diplomat with an acceptable video (excluding travel expenses of KI, as set forth in this Agreement).

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

All laboratory notebooks shall be maintained for no less than the term of any Patent issuing therefrom.
