Alternate Scenario #1. The permittee may operate new process equipment provided the permittee submits a complete construction and operation permit application as required by the conditions of I.A.5.a. and the Department issues a construction permit pursuant to ss. 285.60 through 285.69, Wis. Stats and ss. NR 406 and NR 407, Wis. Adm. Code. The permittee shall operate the new process equipment in compliance with the conditions contained in any construction permit issued by the Department.   • ALTERNATE SCHOOL CALENDAR 1. In this article, an alternative school calendar is a school calendar that differs from the standard school calendar as specified in Schedule 1 (Supplement) of the School Calendar Regulation 114/02.

Purchaser shall provide survey, design, and construction staking for such other roads. Based on design quantities from such engineering, Forest Service shall estimate Specified Road construction costs of alternate facilities, using methods consistent with those used in the original computation of the Schedule of Items. If Specified Road construction costs for acceptable alternate facilities are less than the estimated costs of facilities listed in the original Schedule of Items that Purchaser does not construct, Timber Sale Account shall be adjusted by Forest Service to reflect the reduction in costs. In event of rate redetermination under B3.3, such allowed costs shall be the redetermined estimated costs of facilities listed in the original Schedule of Items that Purchaser does not construct.

  • Alternate Duty (A) Where an employee is eligible for disability leave with pay under Rules of the State Personnel System as a result of an injury in the line of duty, and is temporarily unable to perform his normal work duties, the Agency Head or designee shall give due consideration to any request by the employee to be temporarily assigned substitute duties within the employee’s medical restrictions. This shall have no effect on the agency’s ability to make a different assignment based upon current medical opinion.

  • Alternate Traffic Routing If CLEC has a LIS arrangement which provides two (2) paths to a CenturyLink End Office Switch (one (1) route via a Tandem Switch and one (1) direct route), CLEC may elect to utilize alternate traffic routing. Included Timber is any that would not be elimi- nated under B8.32. Potential Included Timber is any that would be added under B8.32. Tentative Rates and Flat Rates in effect at the time of catastrophe shall be adjusted by said differences to be- come the redetermined rates for the purpose of a contract modification under B8.32. Accordingly, Base Rates shall be adjusted to correspond to the redetermined rates if redetermined rates are less than the original Base Rates, subject to new Base Rate limitations of 25 cents per hun- dred cubic feet or equivalent. However, existing Base In- dices shall not be changed under this Subsection. Upon agreement under B8.32, redetermined rates and Required Deposits shall be considered established under B3.1 for timber Scaled subsequent to Catastrophic Damage. At time of such appraisal, Specified Road construc- tion cost shall include the estimated cost of any construc- tion work listed in the Schedule of Items performed and abandoned.
