Part I. For ease of reference, capitalized terms defined herein have been consolidated with and are contained in Part I of Appendix A to the Servicing Agreement of even date herewith among the Servicer, the Depositor and the Issuing Entity, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

Further, Bidders must submit the original " EMD & Tender Fee (wherever applicable), Power of Attorney, Integrity Pact (wherever applicable) and any other documents specified in the Tender Document to the address mentioned in IFB, in a sealed envelope, super scribing the details of Tender Document (i.e. tender number & tender for) within 7 days from the date of un-priced bid opening. Bidders are required to submit the EMD in original by Due Date and Time of Bid Submission or upload a scanned copy of the same in the Part-I of the Bid. If the Bidder is unable to submit EMD in original by Due Date and Time of Bid Submission, the Bidder is required to upload a scanned copy of the EMD in Part-I of Bid, provided the original EMD, copy of which has been uploaded, is received within 7 days from the Due Date of Bid Opening, failing which the Bid will be rejected irrespective of their status/ranking in tendering process and notwithstanding the fact that a copy of EMD was earlier uploaded by the Bidder.
Part I. Approval of a vehicle type with regard to specific requirements for the electric power train.
3.1.1. The application for approval of a vehicle type with regard to specific requirements for the electric power train shall be submitted by the vehicle manufacturer or by his duly accredited representative.
3.1.2. It shall be accompanied by the under-mentioned documents in triplicate and following particulars:
3.1.2.1. Detailed description of the vehicle type with regards to the electric power train and the high voltage bus galvanically connected to it.
3.1.2.2. For vehicles with REESS, additixxxx evidence showing that the REESS is in compliance with the requirements of paragraph 6. of this Regulation.
3.1.3. A vehicle representative of the vehicle type to be approved shall be submitted to the Technical Service responsible for conducting the approval tests and, if applicable, at the manufacturer's discretion with the agreement of the Technical Service, either additional vehicle(s), or those parts of the vehicle regarded by the Technical Service as essential for the test(s) referred to in the paragraph 6. of this Regulation.

No. 22, Touzi No. 3, 4, 5, X.X. Xxxxxxxxx, A.D.S.R. Office Bishnupur in the District of 24 Parganas South (hereinafter referred to as the said property-II in Dag no. 93).
Part I. The association shall have the right to conduct association business on school property when it does not interfere with the workday of the support employee or a scheduled school activity. The association shall have the right to use school buildings for the association meetings, provided that the appropriate requests for the use of school facilities are submitted in accordance with Board policy. The association shall have access to the inner school mail distribution system for distribution of association-related correspondence. The association shall have access to bulletin board space, determined by each building principal, to post association-related notifications to support employees. The association shall have access to office equipment for association business, provided the access to said equipment is approved by the supervisor of that particular equipment prior to its use. The cost of any materials consumed in this process shall be the responsibility of the association. The use of office equipment shall not be done during the support employee's workday. A pool of ten (10) days shall be provided to the association for the purpose of legislative visits, association-related professional meetings, and association business. Written requests for the use of association leave shall be made to the superintendent through the president of the association twenty-four hours in advance of the anticipated absence. Protection against electrical shock These electrical safety requirements apply to high voltage buses of electric power train and electrical components which are galvanically connected to the high voltage bus of electric power train under conditions where they are not connected to external high voltage power supplies.
