Alternative Evaluation Format Options. In the Alternative Evaluation Format, the evaluatee and the evaluator will meet to discuss and establish the alternative evaluation method using the District forms for goals and objectives. This form will be developed with attention given to the Professional Standards and Artifact Examples. Methods for Alternative Evaluation may include, but are not limited to, the following: portfolio; journal; video; reciprocal partner; grade level, department project(s); individual project(s); recognized teacher improvement programs; student and/or parent surveys.
