Although AT&T-. 22STATE’s authorized employee or agent shall not direct or control the conduct of CLEC’s work at the work site, AT&T-22STATE’s employee or agent shall have the authority to suspend CLEC’s work operations within AT&T-22STATE’s Conduit System if, in the reasonable discretion of such AT&T-22STATE employee or agent, it appears that any hazardous conditions arise or any unsafe practices are being followed by CLEC or personnel performing work on CLEC’s behalf.
