AM or 12. 00 PM. USPS: The Post Office does not make deliveries to the College. The College’s mailroom staff makes two pickups per day, at 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, to collect mail and deliveries from the Post Office. Please ensure that the bids are mailed in sufficient time to reach the College’s mailroom, undergo processing, and then be delivered to the Procurement Office by the bid submission due date and time. Bid envelope must reference the Name and Address of Bidder, Bid Number, Title, and Bid Opening Date and Time. The College will not be responsible for bid packages that are misdirected due to information missing from the bid mailing envelope, resulting in bids not being received by the Procurement Office in a timely fashion. Bidder must complete and include with its bid, the forms provided in Section V – Forms and Legal Appendices. In accordance with NY Executive Orders 202.11, 202.14, 202.28, 202.38, 202.48, 202.55, 202.60, 202.67, 202.72, 202.79, 202.87, 202.91, 202.92, 202.96, and 202.98, the opening and reading aloud of bids received by the College will not be open to the public.   • Policy or Group Grievance Where a dispute involving a question of general application or interpretation occurs, or the Union has a grievance, Steps 1 and 2 may be by-passed.

  • Windstorm or hail This peril does not include loss to the property contained in a building caused by rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust unless the direct force of wind or hail damages the building causing an opening in a roof or wall and the rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust enters through this opening. This peril includes loss to watercraft and their trailers, furnishings, equipment, and outboard engines or motors, only while inside a fully enclosed building.

  • LICENSE FEES OR TAXES Provided the solicitation requires an awarded contractor or supplier to be licensed by the State of Texas, any and all fees and taxes are the responsibility of the respondent.

  • NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS 5.01 The Union agrees there will be no strikes and the Employer agrees there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.

  • Toxic or Hazardous Substance Any substance designated or defined as toxic or hazardous under any “Environmental Law” or that poses a risk to human health or safety, or the environment, and products and materials containing such substance. “

  • NO STRIKE OR LOCKOUTS 3.01 The Employer agrees that, during the term of this Agreement or any extension thereof, it will not cause or direct any lockouts of its employees and the Union agrees that during the lifetime of this Agreement or any extension thereof, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work, either complete or partial.
