Amending this contract. (a) This contract may only be amended from time to time in accordance with the procedures set out in the National Energy Retail Law. (b) We must inform you of any material amendments to this contract as required by the National Energy Retail Law. disconnection means an action to prevent the flow of energy to the premises, but does not include an interruption; distributor planned interruption means an interruption of the supply of energy for: (a) the planned maintenance, repair or augmentation of the transmission system; or (b) the planned maintenance, repair or augmentation of the distribution system, including planned or routine maintenance of a meter (excluding a retailer planned interruption); or (c) the installation of a new connection or a connection alteration; GST has the meaning given in the GST Act(A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth));
