AMENDMENT AND RENEWAL. A. This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by both parties. Any written amendments to this Agreement shall be prospective in nature. B. In the event that changes in state or federal law, regulations, an applicable waiver or state plan amendment, or the terms and conditions of any applicable federal waiver or state plan amendment, require ODM to modify this Agreement, ODM shall notify the MCOP regarding such changes and this Agreement shall be automatically amended to conform to such changes without the necessity for executing written amendments pursuant to this Article of this Agreement.
