Common use of Amendment of Bidding Documents Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Bidding Documents. 9.1 At any time prior to the 'Bid Due Date', Owner may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective Bidder, modify the Bidding Documents by addenda/ corrigendum. 9.2 Any addendum/ corrigendum thus issued shall be integral part of the Tender Document and shall be hosted on the websites as provided at clause no. 2.0 (H) of IFB /communicated to prospective bidders by e-mail/ fax. Bidders have to take into account all such addendum/ corrigendum before submitting their Bid. 9.3 The Employer, if consider necessary, may extend the date of submissions of Bid in order to allow the Bidders a reasonable time to furnish their most competitive bid taking into account the amendment issued thereof.
