Language of Bid. The bid, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid shall be written in English. Supporting documents and printed literature that are part of the bid may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, such translation shall govern.
Language of Bid. The Bid prepared by the Bidder, and all correspondence and documents relating to the Bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Company, shall be written in the English language. Any printed literature furnished by the Bidder, written in another language shall be accompanied by an English translation for the purpose of interpretation of the Bid.

Language of Bid. 1.8.1. The bid prepared by the Bidder, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid exchanged by the Bidder and the Contracting Institute , shall be written in English language only especially when the details are technical. However, if GOI makes it mandatory under Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, in that case views of Rajbhasha unit of IITM may be sought.
1.8.2. The bidder shall bear all costs of translation, if any, to the English language and bear all risks of the accuracy of such translation, for documents provided by the Supplier.

Language of Bid. 13.1 All correspondence, communications associated with preparation of Bids, clarifications, amendments, submissions, shall be written in English or Urdu or both languages. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by the bidder may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English or Urdu, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, the said translation shall take precedence.
Language of Bid. The bid prepared by the bidder, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the bid exchanged by the bidder and the PHFMC, Lahore shall be written in English. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by the bidder may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation in English, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, the translation shall govern.
