AMENDMENT OF TENDER. At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Tender, GGRC, Vadodara for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to the clarifications requested by prospective interested bidders, may modify the Tender document as per the amendment. The same amendment will be notified on GGRC website (xxx.xxxx.xx.xx) as well as in leading local news paper and changed modification will be binding on them. The bidders are expected to visit the GGRC website as well as news papers regularly for any updation regarding the xxxxxx.Xx order to allow prospective bidders a reasonable time to take the amendment into account in preparing their Tender document, GGRC, Vadodara, at its discretion, may extend the deadline for the submission of Tender.

  • Amendment of Tendering Document 7.1 At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Xxxxxxx, the Procuring Entity may amend the tendering document by issuing addenda.

If a Tenderer does not provide clarifications of its Tender by the date and time set in the Procuring Entity's request for clarification, its Tender may be rejected.

  • Amendment of Agreement This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement of the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser and only in accordance with the provisions of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
