Amendments to Collective Agreement. Any amendments that may be required to this Collective Agreement shall be reduced to writing in the form of a letter of intent and shall be signed by both parties including the President and one other officer of the Union and the Manager and his/her designee. Such letters that are duly signed shall be included in and form part of the Collective Agreement as of the applicable date.
