Amendments to Existing Reimbursement Agreement. (a) Effective on and as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date, the Existing Reimbursement Agreement (excluding the schedules and exhibits thereto, which shall remain in full force and effect, except as specifically referenced in this Section 1) is hereby amended as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto (i) to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and (ii) to insert the double underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text).
