Amendments to Renewal Collective Agreement. On or before the UPP Accrual Date, and effective on the UPP Accrual Date, the Renewal Collective Agreement and any further renewal collective agreement between the Parties in effect on the UPP Accrual Date, will be deemed for all purposes to be amended in a manner and to the extent necessary to reflect all of the terms and conditions of this PENSION MOA, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing:
