Amendments to Services. Further, during the currency of this Agreement, events may occur which require an amendment to the nature or scope of Services provided by WYFY to the Customer. Such amendments shall be implemented on the following basis:

Black Swan Technology Holdings will accordingly make variations, which it considers, in its sole discretion, to be essential to meet Services objectives, during the currency of the Services.

From time to time it may be necessary to make changes to any aspects of the School, including the curriculum or the manner of providing education for your child and we reserve the right to do so. We will endeavour to give parents a Term's Notice of any changes at the School including changes in the curriculum that we regard as significant to your child prior to the end of the penultimate term before the change is to take effect, and where practicable will consult with parents on such changes.
Amendments to Services. City may request, in writing, the provision of services in addition to those Services described herein. Changes or additions to the Services are subject to the approval of RCTC, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any change or addition to the Services may require a revision to compensation to be paid by City as set forth herein.

Should the Parties during the currency of the Agreement require an amendment to the nature or scope of Products and/or Services currently being provided by the Service Provider to the Customer including any upgrades and/or downgrades of Services, the party requesting the change shall submit a request to the other Party in writing set forth the details of such change.

SrsBsns will accordingly make variations, which it considers, in its sole discretion, to be essential to meet Services objectives, during the currency of the Services.
Amendments to Services. 5.1 The Supplier may amend a Service provided, including increasing the fee for that Service.
5.2 If the Supplier notifies the Customer of an amendment to a Service provided, the Customer may cancel that Service by giving not less than ten (10) days notice, in writing, by fax or by email, from the date on which the Customer received notice from the Supplier. In the event of prepayment for a Quarterly, Biannual or Annual service period, the Supplier shall refund any full months unused, but will not issue partial month refunds.
Amendments to Services. Should the Parties require an amendment to the nature or scope of Products and/or Services currently being provided by FMT to the Customer, including any upgrades and/or downgrades of Services, the Party requesting the change shall submit a request to the other Party in writing setting forth the details of such change.
