Party desiring amendment. Should either Party wish to propose any amendment to the nature or scope of Services, such amendment shall be requested in the formal manner by way of a written proposal to the other Party, detailing the desired amendments.
Party desiring amendment. Should either Party wish to propose any amendment to the nature or scope of Services, such amendment shall be requested as follows:
9.3.1.1 By the Customer – by entering into a new Service Application for acceptance byWYFY;
9.3.1.2 By WYFY – written proposal of the suggested amendment, for acceptance by the Customer.
9.3.1.3 All amendments to the Services will result in a new Service Application being provided to the Customer for signature (New Order). The new order will set out the existing Services as well as any amendments and the term for all the Services contained in the New Order will automatically renew for the RenewalTerm.
