Amenities - sanitary conveniences. 9.2.1 The company must provide reasonably accessible boiling water at meal times and rest period and cool clean drinking water will provided at all times in a reasonably accessible place. This Agreement will not apply in respect of any other area of amenities subject to State Regulation.
