Grievance and dispute settling procedures. The matters to be dealt with in this procedure shall include all grievances or disputes between an employee and an employer in respect to any industrial matter and all other matters that the parties agree on and are specified herein. The company agrees to engage with the union in good faith for the purposes of dispute resolution including by allowing the employees access to a relevant union official in the workplace to assist with representing employees dealing with a dispute under the terms of this dispute resolution procedure.
