Amenities. 69.1 The Parties agree that it is the responsibility of the Head Contractor/ Principal/ Occupier of a Site to ensure that the amenities prescribed by the Code of Amenities are provided as a minimum. Where, however, that standard is not maintained due to an action or event beyond the control of the Employer, the Employer should be allowed reasonable time in which to rectify the problem.
