Accommodation and Conveniences. The employer will supply for the use of his/her employees the following:-
(a) At rest period and at meal times, an adequate and proper supply of boiling water in clean receptacles. Tea or coffee, milk and sugar will be provided by the employer at prescribed rest period and meal breaks.
(b) A sufficient supply of wholesome, cool drinking water.
(c) At some reasonably convenient place in his/her establishment, suitable locker for each employee.
(d) An enclosed dining room with adequate table and seating accommodation therein.
(e) A suitable rest room in each factory, shop workroom or place.

(f) French polishers will be provided with hand protective paste.
(g) A chair will be provided for an employee, will have a back to it unless the work of such an employee cannot be conveniently done in such a chair or unless the employee requests to be allowed to use a seat without a back to it.

Accommodation and Conveniences. The Company will continue to provide: Boiling water, drinking water, tea, coffee, milo, milk, sugar, lockers, showers, washing and sanitary conveniences.
29.1.1 Excess travelling time
29.1.2 When an employee is required to work at a place away from their usual place of work, all time reasonably spent in excess of the time usually spent in travelling from his/her home to the temporary location and returning to their home will be paid up to a maximum of eight hours out of twenty-four.
29.1.3 Payment on this basis will be at ordinary rates of pay except on Sundays and public holidays when time and a half will be paid.
29.1.4 Payments made under this provision will only be made to employees classified at level 4 (Manufacturing stream) or below inclusive.
29.1.5 An employee required to work at a job away from their normal place of employment will, at the direction of the Management, present at the job at the usual time for starting work.
Accommodation and Conveniences. The Company will continue to provide: boiling water, drinking water, tea, coffee, milo, milk, sugar, lockers, showers, washing and sanitary conveniences.
Accommodation and Conveniences. (1) The Company will, in assessing and providing amenities for employees, abide by the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Xxx 0000 (NSW) and the Occupational Health & Safety Regulations 2002 (NSW) and any Code of Practice. The employer will ensure that appropriate amenities are available for all of the employers employees while they are at work.
(2) The appropriateness of amenities is to be determined having regard to all of the circumstances of the case, including the following:
(a) the nature of the work undertaken at the place of work,
(b) the size and location of the place of work,
(c) the number of men and women at the place of work.
(3) In this clause, amenities means facilities provided for the welfare or personal hygiene needs of persons and includes toilets, rest rooms, shelter sheds, seating, dining rooms, change rooms, provision of drinking water, lockers and washing facilities.
Accommodation and Conveniences a) The employer, for the use of his employees shall:
(i) supply boiling water at meal times;
(ii) supply in convenient locations wholesome cool drinking water;
(iii) in locations where employees are regularly employed; provide and continuously maintain at a place or places reasonably accessible to all employees, an efficient first aid outfit;
(iv) provide at some reasonably convenient place on his premises a suitable locker for each employee or hanging facilities which afford reasonable protection of employees' clothes;
(v) provide proper and sufficient washing facilities;
(vi) provide proper and sufficient sanitary conveniences.
b) Subclause (a)(iii) hereof shall not apply where the law of the State of Tasmania would but for this clause require the employer to provide first aid facilities for use by any of its employees.
Accommodation and Conveniences. (a) The Company will provide eating, drinking, washing, sanitary, first aid and other medical facilities and conveniences that meet the requirements of the appropriate Victorian State Legislation and Regulations.
(b) The Company will provide, at some reasonably convenient place, a suitable locker for each employee or hanging facilities which provide reasonable protection of employee's clothes.
