Common use of Amenities Clause in Contracts

Amenities. (a) The minimum standards as set out in all relevant legislation shall be met in the provision of amenities to employees. (b) Such amenities may include: (i) employee designated toilets and access to showers; (ii) lockers; (iii) facilities for boiling water, warming and refrigerating food and for washing and storing dining; (iv) utensils; and (v) sanitary conveniences. (c) This clause does not create legal rights or obligations in addition to those imposed on the parties by the relevant legislation.
