Common use of Amenities Clause in Contracts

Amenities. The Promoter shall provide the amenities for the use and enjoyment of the Allottee. The description of the tentative amenities and/or facilities in the Club/ Residential Segment is as given in the SCHEDULE – E below.. No substantial or significant changes will be done . Since the entire Housing Complex will be developed project-wise/phase-wise the description and location of the Common areas /amenities pertaining to the entire Housing Complex may change but so far as this phase is concerned no change will take place and facilities will not be curtailed and will be timely delivered .
