American Express vPayment App. If Company elects to enable the American Express vPayment App on your American Express vPayment Account, the following terms will apply: (i) Company must be registered for an @Work account. (ii) Company must designate in writing or in @Work employees and non- employees that are authorised by Company to receive and use Virtual Account Numbers via the American Express vPayment App. (iii) On receipt of authorisation from Company, American Express will facilitate the issuance of Virtual Account Numbers to authorised employees and non- employees of Company via the American Express vPayment App. (iv) Company acknowledges that American Express must verify the identity of authorised non-employees of Company in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Xxx 0000. (v) Company acknowledges and agrees that non-employees will not be eligible to receive Virtual Account Numbers until American Express has provided Company with confirmation that verification of such non-employees has been completed by American Express. (vi) In the event that American Express is unable to verify the identity of any non-employees Company acknowledges and agrees that such individuals will not be eligible to use the American Express vPayment App.
