AMMONIA CONTAMINATION. Where ammonia is used as a refrigerant, the Insurer will pay for loss or damage caused by ammonia contacting “insured property” as a direct result of a “breakdown” to “insured equipment” at insured locations or “premises”.

AMMONIA CONTAMINATION. Where ammonia is used as a refrigerant, the Company shall be liable under Coverage described in Sections A and B1, 2 and/or 3 for loss or damage caused by ammonia contacting Insured Property as a direct result of an Accident to any refrigerating or air conditioning vessels and piping described in the definition of Object. The limit of the Company’s liability under Coverage described in Section A shall not exceed the amount specified in the Declarations for Ammonia Contamination. If a separate Deductible Amount is shown for Ammonia Contamination, such amount shall apply to loss under Coverage described in Section A.
AMMONIA CONTAMINATION. Where ammonia is used as a refrigerant, the Company shall be liable under Coverage described in Sections A and B for loss or damage caused by ammonia contacting property owned by the Insured or for which the Insured is legally liable as a direct result of an Accident to any refrigerating or air conditioning vessels and piping described in the definition of Object. The Company shall not be liable for loss or damage to any property unless the value of such property is included in the Project values insured and the property forms part of the Project. The limit of the Company's liability under Coverage described in Section A shall not exceed the amount specified in the Declarations for Ammonia Contamination. If a separate Deductible Amount is shown for Ammonia Contamination, such amount shall apply to loss under Coverage described in Section A.
AMMONIA CONTAMINATION. If as a direct result of a “Breakdown” of “Insured Equipment” ammonia contaminates your property, we will pay your loss up to a maximum amount specified in the Declarations.

  • Contamination The presence in, on or under land, air or water of a substance (whether a solid, liquid, gas, odour, heat, sound, vibration or radiation) at a concentration above the concentration at which the substance is normally present in, on or under land, air or water in the same locality, that presents a risk of Environmental Harm, including harm to human health or any other aspect of the Environment, or could otherwise give rise to a risk of non-compliance with any Statutory Requirement for the protection of the Environment.

  • Environmental Contamination Neither Party shall in any event be liable to the other Party for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any environmental hazard such Party did not cause or contribute to causing. Each Party shall, at the other Party's request, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other Party, each of its officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) that arise out of or from (i) any environmental hazard that such Party, its contractors or agents caused in the work locations or (ii) the presence or release of any environmental hazard for which such Party is responsible under Applicable Law. In the event both Parties contribute to such environmental hazard, they shall each proportionately bear such liability.

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.

  • Hazardous Substance Hazardous Substance" shall mean any chemical, substance, material, or waste, including without limitation asbestos, PCBs and formaldehyde, that is defined, classified, listed, or designated as hazardous, toxic, or radioactive, or by other similar term, by any federal, state, or local environmental statute, regulation, rule, order, or ordinance presently in effect.

  • Hazardous Material Such Obligor will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, use, generate, manufacture, install, treat, release, store or dispose of any Hazardous Material, except in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws or where the failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change.

  • 342 Hazardous Substances Purchaser shall notify the National Response Center and Contracting Officer of all releases of reportable quantities of hazardous substances on or in the vicinity of Sale Area that are caused by Purchaser’s employees, agents, contractors, Subcontractors, or their employees or agents, directly or indirectly, as a result of Purchaser’s Operations, in accordance with 40 CFR 302.
