Amount of Registry Operator Fees. Registrar shall pay Registry Operator the non-refundable fees set forth in Exhibit A for initial and renewal registrations and other incidental and ancillary services provided by Registry Operator (collectively, "Registration Fees"). Registry Operator reserves the right to adjust the Registration Fees as permitted under the Registry Agreement, provided that any price increase shall be made only upon prior notice to Registrar (by e-mail, hand, by registered mail, or by courier or express delivery service) as set forth in the Registry Agreement.

Amount of Registry Operator Fees. 4.1.1. Registrar agrees to pay Registry Operator the fees set forth in Exhibit E for initial and renewal registrations and other services provided by Registry Operator to Registrar (collectively, "Fees"). Registry Operator reserves the right to increase the Fees prospectively upon six (6) months prior notice to Registrar. 4.1.2. In addition, Registrar agrees to pay Registry Operator the applicable variable fees assessed to Registry Operator by ICANN, as permitted by Subsection 7.2(b) of the Registry Agreement by no later ten (10) days after the date of an invoice from Registry Operator for such fees.

However, once a domain is registered, Registry Operator will not modify the Renewal Fee of that domain. 5.1.2. In addition, Registrar agrees to pay Registry Operator or its designee any applicable Variable Registry-Level Fees assessed to Registry Operator by ICANN, as permitted by Subsection 6.3 of the Registry Agreement, by no later thirty (30) days after the date of an invoice from Registry Operator for such fees.

  • Instructions for Certification - Lower Tier Participants (Applicable to all subcontracts, purchase orders and other lower tier transactions requiring prior FHWA approval or estimated to cost $25,000 or more - 2 CFR Parts 180 and 1200) a.
