The parties to this Agreement also understand that it is illegal in New Jersey to use, possess, or distribute any stramonium preparation, commonly referred to as "Jimson weed”, and that it also is illegal for any person to distribute or possess substances sometimes referred to as “date rape” drugs, including gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB), Rohypnol (roofies), and flunitrazepam (N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5.2 and 5.3, effective August 8, 1997; N.J.S.A. 2C:35-2 and 2C:35-10.5).
