Analysing attendance. The school will: • Analyse attendance and absence data regularly to identify pupils or cohorts that need additional support with their attendance, and use this analysis to provide targeted support to these pupils and their families • Look at historic and emerging patterns of attendance and absence, and then develop strategies to address these patterns

  • Perfect Attendance A bonus for perfect attendance will be paid to both full and part-time employees. The amount of $100 will be paid for the first quarter of perfect attendance, $125 for the second accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, $150 for the third accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, and $250 for the fourth quarter of accumulated perfect attendance. Payment for perfect attendance shall be reflected in the second paycheck each January and July for qualifying Association members. These pay days may be adjusted if the school calendar changes. In order to be considered for perfect attendance no sick leave, personal leave days, partial days, or days without pay may be used during the quarter.

  • Time and Attendance Proper monitoring and certification of employee work time is necessary for a Telework program to be successful. Supervisors must review and ensure that you are paid only for hours worked, and that appropriate leave is used for absences during scheduled work hours. Supervisors must take those steps necessary to ensure that Teleworkers are working when scheduled, such as regular reviews of work, regular update calls with employees and other methods of tracking performance. Supervisors will be responsible for the pre-approval of overtime and work schedule changes.

  • Attendance Area The School’s primary attendance area shall be used for the purposes of determining applicability of this enrollment preference category.
