Analytics Information. Azimo may collect, disclose, publish, and use in any other manner de-identified, anonymized information, metadata, aggregated and analytics information which is derived from the operation of the Service(s), provided that such information does not include the Company’s Confidential Information or any Personal Data ("Analytics Information"), in order to provide and improve the Platform and Service(s), and for any legitimate business purpose. Notwithstanding any other provision herein, Azimo is and shall remain the sole owner of the Analytics Information and the Intellectual Property Rights therein.
Analytics Information. Aqua may collect, retain, process and use in any other manner any anonymous, aggregated and/or non-identifiable information which is derived from the use of the Software (the “Analytics Information"), for Aqua’s legitimate business purposes, in order to provide and improve Aqua's products and services, including for Aqua’s research and development activities and expansion of Aqua’s knowledge related to its products and services. Aqua shall remain the exclusive owner of the Analytics Information which shall not be deemed as confidential or proprietary information of Customer. For clarity, such Analytics Information does not in any way publicly identifies Customer or any individual user as the source of such Analytics Information.

Notwithstanding any other provision herein, Xxxxxx is and shall remain the sole owner of the Analytics Information and the Intellectual Property Rights therein.
Analytics Information. We may directly collect or use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device as part of a web page request, including the web pages you visit, your browser add-ons, your browser’s width and height, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.
Analytics Information. Any anonymous information, which is derived from the use of the Platform (i.e., metadata, aggregated and/or analytics information and/or intelligence relating to the operation, support, and/or Customer’s use, of the Platform) which is not personally identifiable information and which does not identify Customer (“Analytics Information”), may be used for providing the Platform and its related service, for development, and/or for statistical purposes. Such Analytics Information is GYTPOL's exclusive property.
