Common use of AND LOCKOUTS Clause in Contracts

AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement, and regardless of whether an unfair labor practice is alleged (a) there will be no strike, slow-down or walk-out and the Union will not directly indirectly authorize, encourage or approve any refusal on the part of employees to proceed to the location of normal work assignment where no rate or unusual physical hazard is involved in proceeding to such location. Any employee who violates this clause shall be subject to discipline. The Company agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lock-out of employees covered by this Agreement.
