AND SUBPOENA LEAVE. 1. Any employee in a pay status ordered to perform jury service or subpoenaed to court shall be entitled to leave of absence with pay, and without deduction from leave, at an amount equal to the employee’s regular earnings. In the case of subpoenas, leave above, the employee is eligible if the appearance time occurs during his or her normal working hours, and the employee is neither a party to the suit nor an expert witness.
