Animal Control Officer Safety Vest. The City shall provide Animal Control Officers (ACO) a new, minimum threat level IIIa bullet proof vest within ninety (90) days of the ratification of this Agreement. If an ACO receives a bulletproof vest from the City, that employee shall be required to wear the vest while on duty in the field. The City will offer replacement bulletproof vest(s) every five (5) years.
