Annex and Schedules Sample Clauses

Annex and Schedules. (a) The clauses contained in the Annex and any attached Schedule(s) (as amended from time to time) will apply. (b) The Firm may from time to time send to the Client further Schedules in respect of trading venues or Transactions or other matters. In the event of any conflict between the clauses of any Schedule and this Agreement or any Schedule and the Annex, the clauses of the Schedule will prevail. The fact that a clause is or is not specifically included in a Schedule in respect of one trading venue or Transaction will not preclude a similar clause being expressed or implied in relation to any other trading venue or Transaction. The Firm may amend existing Schedules by giving notice to the Client in advance.
