Anniversary Date and Step Eligible Date. An employee's anniversary date and step eligible date will be changed by the number of days off work for all unpaid leaves of absence in excess of fifteen (15) days during any twelve (12) month period.

Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date. (Reference Article 6.05 - Superior Benefits and Article 12.03 - Increments).
Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. Effective Date; Duration This Agreement shall become effective when signed by both parties and approved by the City’s legal counsel. Unless sooner terminated, this Agreement shall expire on June 30, 2019. Termination or expiration shall not extinguish or prejudice the City’s right to enforce this Agreement with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.

Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.
Effective Date; Termination; Cancellation and Suspension Section 5.01. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Development Credit Agreement becomes effective.
