Annual Choice Period. HSD shall provide an opportunity for Members to change MCOs every twelve (12) months. Members who do not select another MCO during their annual choice period will be deemed to have chosen to remain with their current MCO. Members who select a new MCO during their annual choice period shall have one (1) opportunity anytime during the ninety (90) Calendar Day period immediately following the effective date of enrollment in the newly selected MCO to request to change MCOs.
