Annual Deliveries. Each year SMUD will make Annual Deliveries of El Dorado Water to the El Dorado Parties in an amount which, together with Deliveries to Carryover Storage during such year, does not exceed 30,000 acre-feet through 2025 and thereafter 40,000 acre-feet for the remaining Term of this Agreement. Annual Deliveries of water will be made in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit “H” and will be made by direct delivery and from seasonal storage in accordance with applicable law.
