Material Delivery. The Contractor shall advise the Engineer at least 2 weeks prior to the delivery of any material from a commercial source. The Contractor shall provide the Engineer with one copy of all invoices (prices are not required) for materials delivered to the project with the following exceptions: asphalt concrete; dense graded aggregate, to include aggregate base, sub base, and select material; fine aggregate; open graded coarse aggregate; crusher run aggregate; and road stabilization aggregate. The printed weights of each load of these materials, shall accompany the delivery, and such information shall be made available to the Engineer or his designated representative at the Project.

Forest Service agrees to make delivery within 15 days after the scheduled delivery dates that are at least 60 days after the schedule is submitted, unless pre- vented by causes beyond control of Forest Service.‌‌‌ If Contractor does not provide Forest Service the written schedule within the period provided in this Sub- section, Forest Service agrees to make delivery within 90 days after a late schedule is submitted, unless pre- vented by causes beyond control of Forest Service. Af- ter delivery to and written receipt by Contractor, Con- tractor is responsible for installation of needed material and for any loss of or damage to such material due to Contractor’s negligence prior to installation or return of unused material to Forest Service.‌‌‌

Upon delivery of any such Material to the Project, the Design-Builder shall provide the Department with one copy of all invoices (prices are not required). The following Materials shall also comply with Section 109.01: asphalt concrete; dense graded aggregate, to include aggregate base, Subbase, and Select Material; fine aggregate; open graded coarse aggregate; crusher run aggregate; and Road stabilization aggregate. Requests made for me to personally be present at scenes, autopsies, labs, depositions, or interviews are for the purpose of consulting and to aid in my opinion.

If Purchaser does not provide Forest Service the written schedule within the period provided in this Subsection, Forest Service agrees to make delivery within 90 days after a late schedule is submitted, unless prevented by causes beyond control of Forest Service. After delivery to and written receipt by Purchaser, Purchaser is responsible for installation of needed material and for any loss of or damage to such material due to Purchaser's negligence prior to installation or return of unused material to Forest Service. . At Purchaser's option, Forest Service deliveries shall be to Purchaser's storage area, as agreed, or to the nearest practicable point to the job site along existing roads. Unused material shall be returned to Forest Service at location of delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
Material Delivery. 34.1 Material delivery to the job site shall be handled in accordance to the following: A. Cost of all shipping of materials, freight to the jobsite and insurance of same to be the responsibility of the Subcontractor. B. Subcontractor must notify Contractor’s Superintendent forty-eight (48) hours prior to delivering any materials. Copies of the delivery ticket shall be stamped, showing the actual time and date shipment was received. C. Each shipment of materials shall contain a packing slip with the correct nomenclature of the contents of the box or carton. The packing slip containing this information must be so marked. At the time of the shipment, one copy of said packing slip shall be forwarded to the destination of the shipment to alert Contractor’s supervisor as to what materials are in transit so that arrangements can be made at least forty- eight (48) hours in advance to receive, allocate and store said materials. D. If Subcontractor fails to adhere to the foregoing notification and other requirements, Contractor reserves the right to refuse, warehouse or return to the carrier the shipment in question. All related costs incurred by Contractor, i.e. handling, storage protection, etc., shall be borne by the Subcontractor.
