Minimum Revenue Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have Revenue from sales, marketing or distribution of the Product and related services (for each respective measured period, the “Minimum Required Revenue”): (a) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2015, of at least $45,000,000; (b) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2016, of at least $80,000,000; (c) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2017, of at least $110,000,000; and (d) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2018, of at least $120,000,000; and (e) during the twenty-four month period beginning on January 1, 2019, of at least $120,000,000.
Eligible Expenditures 1. Subject to Article 8.7 of the Regulation, eligible expenditures of this Programme are: (a) management costs of the Programme Operator in accordance with the detailed budget in the financial plan; (b) payments to projects within this Programme in accordance with the Regulation, this programme agreement and the project contract. 2. Annual Allowance The Corporation shall pay to the Executive, in cash, in a lump sum, on the Payment Date an amount equal to two times the annual allowance to which the Executive is entitled as of the date of the Date of Termination (or, if higher, as of immediately prior to the Effective Date).
Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.
Eligible expenditure 6.1 Eligible expenditure consists of payments by the Recipient for the Purpose. Eligible expenditure is net of VAT recoverable by the Recipient from HM Revenue & Customs and gross of irrecoverable VAT. 6.2 The Recipient shall account for the Grant on an accruals basis. Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit The Maximum Annual Operating Expense Limit with respect to each Fund shall be the amount specified in Schedule A based on a percentage of the average daily net assets of each Fund.
Fiscal Year; Taxable Year The fiscal year and the taxable year of the Company is the calendar year.
