Examples of Demonstration year in a sentence
The demonstration group will be identified retrospectively, after the Demonstration year has ended, to allow for additional data to become available.
Demonstration year 14 includes dates of service from July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011.
Demonstration year 12 includes dates of service from July 1, 2008, through June 30, 2009.
Demonstration year 13 includes dates of service from July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2010.
All Demonstration expenditures claimed under the authority of title XIX of the Act must be reported each quarter on separate Forms CMS-64.9 Waiver and/or 64.9P Waiver, identified by the Demonstration project number assigned by CMS (including the project number extension, which indicates the Demonstration year in which services were rendered or for which capitation payments were made).
