Common use of Annual Grant Financial Accountability Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Grant Financial Accountability Report. for each funded service By 31 October of each year the Service Provider will provide the Department with: a completed Annual Grant Financial Accountability Report signed by two office holders or members of the Service Provider considered to be bona fide representatives of the Service Provider to the effect that the grant provided under this Agreement was received and disbursed for the purpose for which it was given; where the Agreement Funds are greater than $100,000, a certificate signed by an Approved Auditor to the effect that the Annual Grant Financial Accountability Report is properly drawn up and records presented give a true and fair view of the affairs of the Service Provider.
