Purpose of the Funding Agreement. 2.2.1 Purpose of Funding To provide in home, intensive family support services to families identfiied by Child Safety Services(CSS) as being at significant risk of entering the statutory Child Protection system. The purpose is to protect children and support families in the home environment to avoid, where possible, escalation to statutory intervention. The provision of such services is an outcome of the Strong Families, Safe Kids Child Protection Redesign (Action13).
Purpose of the Funding Agreement. This AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the PARTIES to define the responsibilities ofthe PARTIES for the implementation of the preparation of designs and specifications. The level of funding to be provided by DISTRICT is the funding required to fulfill the responsibilities of FRIENDS as defined in Section 3 of AGREEMENT.
