Common use of Annual Implementation Plan Clause in Contracts

Annual Implementation Plan. As necessary to support the overall objectives and directions of the three-year plan, the annual implementation plan shall provide specific guidance as to the information services requirements, projects and plans for the upcoming year, including details on operations, maintenance backlog and development activities. The annual implementation plan shall include a summary review of Acxiom’s performance of the Services in the year then concluding, and shall provide updates and revisions of the long-term plan as appropriate.
