Common use of Annual Open House Clause in Contracts

Annual Open House. Participation in the Annual Open House will be mandatory for Members at the discretion of Administration, absent extenuating circumstances, and will not result in the payment of additional compensation. However, an Early Release Day will be negotiated by the parties for Members who participate in the Annual Open House.
