Annual Planned Maintenance Schedule. 2.1 Not later than six (6) Months prior to the commencement of each Contract Year (save for the first year of Operation of the Facility Unit, for which the corresponding period shall be forty (40) Business Days prior to the Commercial Operation Date), the Seller shall submit its Scheduled Outages for that year following consultation with the Buyer regarding the Buyer's anticipated major Maintenance Outages in that calendar year.
