Annual Planning Report. Unless and until the Member has elected out of all Joint Planning and Resource Management services and has designated all capacity and energy associated with its PCRs for separate scheduling, the Member shall continue to provide its Annual Planning Report to the Seller during the term of the Wholesale Power Contract. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Supplement.
