WORK TO BE. PERFORMED (Work): In accordance with the subcontract documents, SUBCONTRACTOR shall furnish all administrative, technical and professional services, and perform all operations, including the furnishing and supervision of all technical personnel and labor, and the furnishing of any equipment, material, tools, supplies and transportation necessary and required to satisfactorily: Provide personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, instrumentation, and all other incidental items and services necessary to complete tasks at University of Washington Harborview Campus in accordance with Exhibit D, Scope of Work dated February 19, 2020 and as amended. Provide Waste Treatment Services at Washington Harborview Campus in accordance with Exhibit D, Scope of Work date February 19, 2020 and as amended. Travel time by SUBCONTRACTOR personnel to and from the work assignment location is not considered Work under this subcontract and SUBCONTRACTOR will not be paid for such time unless otherwise specified in this subcontract or approved in writing by CONTRACTOR.

WORK TO BE. PERFORMED 1.1 The Work includes the following: 1. The services and materials described in the Subcontractor’s quotation dated MONTH DAY, YEAR (the “Quotation”). For clarity, the Quotation is incorporated into this Agreement only to describe the said services and materials. No terms, conditions or exclusions referenced in the Quotation form part of this Agreement except as expressly set out here: # As Per Attached Quotation 2. Everything necessary and incidental to the performance of the Work described the Prime Contract inclusive of addendums and changes in the Work. Where any term or condition of the Prime Contract applies or relates to the Work, the Prime Contract shall be read such that the word “Contractor” is replaced with the word “Subcontractor” and such that the Subcontractor assumes, towards the Contractor, 100% of the Contractor’s obligations to the Owner in that regard; 3. Without limiting the foregoing, the following Drawings and Specifications which form part of the Prime Contract: (insert all specifications under which the Subcontract Work is to be performed, including general specification 0100) 4. All shop drawings, samples, bonds, insurance, and other things necessary and incidental for the to the performance the Work. Shop drawings are to be provided to the Contractor in the form specified by the Contractor in orderly sequence and sufficiently in advance so as to cause no delay in the Work or in the work of other trades. The Contractor's review shall not relieve the Subcontractor of responsibility for errors or omissions in the Shop Drawings or for meeting all requirements of this Agreement. The Subcontractor shall provide revised shop drawings to correct those which the Contractor rejects as inconsistent with this Agreement. 5. The work described in any Change Order or Change Directive issued in relation to the Work. A Change Order shall be a written amendment signed by the Contractor and the Subcontractor stating their agreement on a change in the Work and any corresponding change in the Subcontract Price and a Change Directive shall be a written instruction signed by the Contractor directing the Subcontractor to proceed with a change in the Work prior to the Contractor and the Subcontractor agreeing on a change in the Subcontract Price. 1.2 The Subcontract Conditions attached form part of this Agreement. 1.3 The Subcontractor shall maintain the Work, and the part of the Place of the Work it works in, in a safe and tidy condition, free ...
